Made simple with your favorite brownie mix, these easy s’mores brownies have a graham cracker base and melty chocolate chip and marshmallow topping. These quick and easy brownies are sure to be a hit with any s’mores lover!

Ingredients
5whole graham crackers
1box Ghirardelli brownie mixsee notes
¼cupwater
¼cupto ½ cup vegetable oilrefer to brownie mix instructions for exact amount needed
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in the prepared pan. You will have to break one of the graham crackers along the perforated lines in order for them to fit snugly into the pan. (See photo below.)
Prepare the brownie batter with the water, oil, and egg according to package directions. Spread the batter evenly over the graham crackers. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately top evenly with chocolate chips and then add the marshmallows. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the marshmallows puff up and are lightly browned.
Cool on a wire rack for about 20 minutes before cutting. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Ghirardelli brownie mixes are by far my favorite boxed brownie mixes and, in my opinion, make for the best easy s’mores brownies. You can use your own favorite flavor of Ghirardelli mix for these brownies; be sure to refer to the back of the box for the amount of oil required.If you use a brownie mix that is not Ghirardelli brand, make sure to refer to the back of the box for the amount of water, oil, and egg needed.
