Ham & Cheese Quiche

This easy ham and cheese quiche is a beautiful and flavorful addition to your next brunch!

Place a pie crust in a pie plate. Crimp and line with parchment paper and pie weights.

Bake crust for 12 minutes. Remove pie weights and set on a rimmed baking sheet.

Sauté white onion in butter. Add to the bottom of the pie crust.

Add diced ham, cheddar cheese, parmesan, and sliced green onions.

Whisk together eggs, cream, hot sauce, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over the fillings.

Bake for 45-55 minutes, until center is puffed and set. Cool at least 30 minutes before slicing.
