Soft Chocolate Pudding Cookies

CHOCOLATE PUDDING COOKIES

GATHER THE INGREDIENTS Measure out your dry ingredients and grab the wet ingredients, including a package of vanilla pudding mix. The pudding mix makes the cookies super soft!

COMBINE THE DRY Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

MIX THE BATTER Cream together the butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and pudding mix. Stir in the dry ingredients, followed by the chocolate chips.

PORTION THE DOUGH Use a cookie scoop to portion the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets. This recipe makes a lot of cookies, so freeze some dough if you like!

BAKE THE COOKIES Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool on the pan for 3 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.
