15 Delicious No Bake Desserts

I wrote a check this morning and I realized that is was already August. Clearly my days and months have all just smooshed together this summer. In my mind, it was June – like just yesterday.

At this time every year, I’m nervously counting the hours until I have to step foot back into work. This year, that date would’ve been 19 days (456 hours) from right now.

For me, the normal hustle and bustle of the back-to-school season has been replaced with the anxiety of packing up my office at work and planning recipes for My Baking Addiction. And since the weather has been quite mild here in Ohio, I’ve been daydreaming of pumpkin and apple recipes for days. However, this is Ohio, which means we’ll be chillin’ in the low 70’s one day and then BAM a 95 degree day with 1000% humidity will slap you in the face the next.

And let’s just face it, I do not do well in extreme heat. There’s nothing awesome about sweat or frizzy hair. There just isn’t.

Knowing that those hot and humid days are awaiting us during the month of August, I thought I’d celebrate what’s left of the summer season with a roundup of some of my favorite no-bake recipes from My Baking Addiction and around the web. These are perfect to take to picnics and barbecues because many of them portion out into their own little mason jars for easy transportation and serving.
